I’m Adam Hinde from Hinde Strength & Conditioning.
I provide 1-1 60-minute Personal Training sessions out of Gym 1971 South Wimbledon.
After an intro video call where we discuss your goals and how I can help you achieve them, we can then begin our training sessions at your chosen location where I’ll ease you into the process of Personal Training.
If you would prefer to meet in person first then please feel free to drop in to the gym and we would be more than welcome to show you around.

PAIRS TRAINING.
I provide pairs sessions for partners or friends who would prefer to have their Personal Training sessions alongside somebody they know.
These sessions are priced differently with a discount applied for the second person.

HOW DO I START?

This call is simply for me to gain an understanding of what your goals are and for me to answer any questions you may have regarding Personal Training, Pricing and Session Packages.
