& CONDITIONING
SUMMARY.
This is a training program specifically tailored to serving Police Officers with the goal of increasing their personal fitness, strength and functional fitness to ensure they can carry out their job to maximum capability.
3 sessions per week and 1 active recovery session are designed to be completed within 1 hour if necessary to complete on shift if you are given that time to exercise at work.
Sessions are broken down into:
- Functional Fitness
- Aerobic Capacity
- Strength
- Active Recovery

MAX EFFCIENCY
Full session time start to finish is programmed to take no more than 1 hour 30mins.
