Professional Fitness Programming from

HINDE STRENGTH
& CONDITIONING
SUMMARY.
This is a training program specifically tailored to serving Paramedics / any other On-call Medics with the goal of increasing their personal fitness, strength and functional fitness to ensure they can carry out their job to maximum capability.
3 sessions per week and 1 active recovery session are designed to be completed within 1 hour if necessary to complete on shift if you are given that time to exercise at work.
Sessions are broken down into:
- Functional Fitness
- Aerobic Capacity
- Strength
- Active Recovery

MAX EFFCIENCY
Full session time start to finish is programmed to take no more than 1 hour 30mins.
