-ENSURE YOU HAVE THE BEST START WHEN JOINING A GYM. USE OUR STRUCTURED SESSIONS TO ENSURE YOU'RE DOING THE RIGHT THING IN YOUR GYM.
When you sign up, we receive an email confirmation where we then set you up with a free TrueCoach account, you'll set up a password and log in to gain access to your 12-week training programme. Your programme will start the following Monday to ensure the days are in order but we will upload some starter sessions for you to do while you wait for Monday to come around. These sessions may include practice sessions to get used to some movements that might be new to you. On the app, you have a messaging service to us where you can ask any questions and we will get back to you with an answer ASAP.
